166 Cleaning isn't about cleaning. It's about recovered time, confidence that the home is in order, and family peace while someone else handles the chores. We started in 2015 with four people and one van — today we're 50+ specialists, a fleet of 18, 12,000 satisfied clients, and a single free number 1331 that works from any operator in Uzbekistan.
Our mission
Cleanliness isn't a luxury or a status marker — it's the baseline for a good life. Home should work for its residents, not steal their evenings and weekends. Our job is to give people their time back: a walk with a child instead of a clean, dinner with friends instead of endless scrubbing. We don't sell a service — we sell a few hours of your life, freed up for what actually matters.
How it started
In the winter of 2015, Farrukh Akhmedov — an engineer by training with a background managing a small construction crew — noticed something simple: after a renovation in Tashkent, clients had to clean up after the builders themselves. The capital had two or three professional cleaning companies, and they only served the luxury segment at premium prices. With partners, Farrukh registered "166 Cleaning" LLC, rented a small office in Yunusabad, bought two Karcher vacuums, and posted his first ad in Telegram.
The first job — cleaning a three-room apartment after renovation in Mirzo-Ulugbek district — took four people 14 hours and brought more headaches than profit. But the client left such a positive review that the office phone rang for two weeks. That's how the company's history began — not with investment and marketing, but with one happy customer who told friends.
In the first three years the team grew from 4 to 15, with a corporate track added — offices, restaurants. In 2020, despite the pandemic (or thanks to it, since hygiene became a priority), two new lines launched: post-renovation cleaning and upholstery cleaning. The same year the company earned ISO 9001:2015 certification — the first among cleaning companies in Uzbekistan.
What sets us apart
- Single free number 1331. Works from any operator in Uzbekistan with no charge. Not just a contact — a standard of accessibility.
- 80+ point checklist per service. A QA inspector walks through it with the client on handoff.
- 24-hour guarantee. If you find an issue within a day — the crew comes back and fixes it for free.
- Employees, not freelancers. All 50+ team members are on staff with contracts and medical records.
- Globally certified eco-supplies. Ecolabel EU, Nordic Swan, EcoCert only. Safe for kids, pregnant women, pets.
The team
The company's foundation is people. We hire those who treat someone else's home like their own. All candidates go through a three-stage selection:
- HR interview — motivation, experience, willingness to learn.
- Field practical — 3–5 shifts under the lead's supervision.
- Final evaluation by the foreman — clearance for solo dispatch.
Training doesn't end at hiring. Quarterly workshops: new cleaning techniques, chemical safety, customer service, first aid. Every employee has medical clearance and mandatory liability insurance.
Quality standards
In 2020 we received ISO 9001:2015 certification — the international quality management standard. Every stage is documented. Internal audits twice a year, external certifier audit annually.
Every service has its own checklist: deep cleaning — 82 points, post-renovation — 94, upholstery cleaning — 28 points plus a pile photo test, office cleaning — 61.
Before/during/after photo reports are sent to the client via WhatsApp or Telegram on completion. Corporate clients get weekly KPI reports.

Social responsibility
- "Clean home — free." Once a month a crew does a free cleaning for an elderly person, a family with a special-needs child, or a war veteran.

- Recycling program. All cleaner containers are recycled; 100% single-use plastic removed from our packaging in 2024.
- Partnership with "Ecowatt" — a local urban greenery project. 1% of turnover goes to planting trees in Tashkent parks.

Start working with us
If you've read this far, you've probably decided to try. The first step is simple: call 1331 or send a request on the site. A manager calls back within 5 minutes, confirms the task, quotes the exact price, schedules a convenient time. No "from" and "to", no surprise charges. If you don't like the result, the crew redoes it for free. If that doesn't work, we return 100% of the payment. We haven't had such a case since 2020.
